Orders are processed within 5-7 days once full payment is received unless purchase was a preordered item it may be a delay based on time listed.

4. Shipping & Delivery

- Processing time: 5-10 days if product is in stock when purchased.

- Delivery times vary by location and are estimates only.

- We are not responsible for lost packages or delays caused by carriers, customs, or weather.

- Customers must provide accurate shipping info.

5. Damaged Packages

Report damaged orders within 7 days of delivery with order number and photos (if damaged).

We’ll assist in resolving the issue.

6. Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be given unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect
